Required Skills
- Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
- Proven experience managing testing teams of 15–25 members.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Robust project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management skills.
- Drive automation adoption across regression and E2E test suites. Track automation ROI and continuous testing maturity.
- Experience with:
- JIRA / Azure DevOps
- Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
- Test Management Tools (Zephyr, ALM)
- API Testing (Postman, SoapUI)
- SQL and Database Testing
- CI/CD and DevOps Practices
- Mainframe testing
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- ISTQB Test Manager certification.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing and quality engineering tools.
