We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our B2C credit transfer operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team, drive performance, ensure process compliance, and deliver excellent service to customers in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team handling credit transfer processes and customer interactions.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within set timelines.
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Track daily productivity, generate performance reports, and ensure targets are met.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and policies.




- Maintain a high level of compliance and data security standards.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in team handling, operations, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in education, credit transfer operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with good team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
