Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager Underwriting Placement to oversee the evaluation of corporate risks and the placement of insurance coverage with leading insurers. In this role, you will drive the underwriting process for various corporate insurance products (e.g., Property Casualty, Liability, Group Health, and specialized lines), negotiate with insurers, and ensure optimal coverage terms. The ideal candidate brings solid technical knowledge, proven market relationships, and a track record in underwriting or broking for corporate clients.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage underwriting strategies, guidelines, and processes for corporate insurance lines.
- Assess complex risks, analyze historical data,



and recommend suitable coverage terms and pricing.
- Identify and engage with reputable insurers, negotiating favorable terms, conditions, and premiums.
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriters to secure comprehensive and competitive solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to gather detailed risk information.
- Review and interpret financial statements, claims history, and loss-control reports to determine coverage needs.
- Stay updated on applicable tariffs and policy wordings across all insurers.
- Ensure recommended coverages align with the latest industry and regulatory guidelines.
