Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to prospective customers.
- Schedule and conduct property/project site visits for interested clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful bookings.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales, CRM, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Assist customers with the booking process and required documentation until deal closure.
- Build and maintain a solid network of potential buyers, investors,



and channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales.
- Candidates with experience in residential real estate, luxury projects, plotted developments, or commercial properties will be preferred.
- Strong experience in lead generation, client handling, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and ability to convert leads into successful bookings.
- Good knowledge of local real estate markets, property pricing, and current market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred.
