Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Admission Manager to lead school admissions and achieve branch-level enrollment targets in Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate should have experience in school admissions, education sales, admission counselling, branch management, team handling and target achievement. The candidate will manage the complete admission process, lead the admissions team and build strong relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete school admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission and enrollment targets.
- Generate and convert admission enquiries into successful enrollments.
- Lead, manage, train and motivate Admission Counsellors, Tele-Counsellors and Admission Executives.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
- Monitor admission leads, follow-ups, conversion rates and enrollment through CRM.
- Develop local admission strategies and referral programs to increase student admissions.
- Coordinate with the Principal, School Management and Marketing Team for admission campaigns and activities.
- Plan and execute Open Houses, admission events, exhibitions and parent engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor schools, admission trends, fee structures and market activities.
- Handle parent counselling, queries and escalated admission-related concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination with accounts/fee collection teams.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly admission MIS reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with school admission policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
