Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day port and cargo handling operations.
- Coordinate the movement and deployment of machinery to work locations.
- Supervise helpers, operators, and contract labour to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor cargo loading and unloading activities on vessels.
- Supervise warehouse and cargo storage operations.
- Coordinate with crane operators, equipment operators, and transport teams.
- Monitor diesel usage and maintain daily fuel records for machinery.
- Ensure timely completion of cargo operations.
- Maintain daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
- Follow all port safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Support vessel operations and coordinate with port officials whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- No prior experience required.
- No minimum educational qualification required.
- Candidates with basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email) will have an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor operational environments.
