We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, understand business objectives, and ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, business goals, challenges, and expectations.




- Communicate client requirements clearly with internal teams.
- Coordinate with PPC, creative, SEO, content, and design teams to ensure timely execution.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure projects stay on track.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance review calls.
- Present campaign performance, insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities.
- Handle client concerns and escalations professionally and proactively.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Strategy & Growth
- Understand client business models and recommend relevant digital marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional agency services.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify areas for campaign and business growth.
- Stay updated on performance marketing, eCommerce, paid advertising, and digital marketing trends.
