We're a boutique executive search firm founded by two IIM Calcutta alumni with backgrounds spanning Naukri, Alvarez & Marsal, and PwC. We call ourselves matchmakers, not a placement agency we work mid-to-senior mandates across fintech, healthtech, edtech, renewables, and consumer sectors for VC-backed and growth-stage companies, and we're building the premium, high-context version of hiring that most of the market doesn't do.

We're small, founder-led, and early which means the person we hire for this role won't be doing "an internship task list." You'll be working directly with both founders, across both sides of what makes this business run.

The Role

We're looking for someone fresh out of college — sharp, energetic, and genuinely excited about the idea of building something, not just executing a checklist. This is a founder's office role, which means it's deliberately broad: you'll split your time between finding candidates for our clients' open roles and finding current clients for us to work with. Both sides of the same marketplace,



both muscles worth building early in a career.

We're not looking for someone who wants a narrow, defined lane. We're looking for someone who wants to learn how a business actually gets built, is comfortable with ambiguity in the first few months, and is motivated by growing *with* the business rather than into a fixed role.

What You'll Work On

Candidate Supply (Search & Sourcing)
- Source and screen candidates against client mandates across our active sectors (fintech, healthtech, edtech, renewables, consumer)
- Run outbound sourcing across LinkedIn, Naukri/Resdex, and our alumni and referral networks
- Conduct first-level screening conversations and prepare structured candidate summaries for clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and trackers, keeping search status current and organized

Demand Generation (Business Development)
- Identify and reach out to potential client companies (
