Job Title: Customer Service Associate / Fashion Consultant
Location: Puzhivakkam, Chennai

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fashion products.
- Provide styling and fashion suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colours and availability.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of products on the sales floor.
- Support billing, stock checking and basic store operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and an organized store environment.




- Coordinate with team members to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Be flexible to work in different shifts based on store requirements.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
