Job Summary

SkyPlay IPTV Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and team-handling skills, good knowledge of local markets, and the ability to develop current business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement territory-wise sales plans and strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Lead, guide, and monitor sales executives and field sales teams.
- Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, local market activities, and business partnerships.
- Promote and sell IPTV and digital entertainment services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, dealers, and local business associates.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing,



and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new opportunities and support the sales team.
- Track daily sales activities, lead conversion, collections, and territory performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Installation, Customer Care, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth service activation.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide territory performance updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and service standards.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, territory management, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, DTH, IPTV, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
