The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

The role will involve close coordination with employees and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective execution of HR processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for white-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, joining formalities, documentation, and HRMS updates.

● Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave administration, and day-to-day HR operations in accordance with Company policies.

● Support employee engagement, induction programs, HR communication, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive employee experience.





● Coordinate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of hiring requirements and smooth execution of HR processes.

● Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, MIS, and other HR-relateddocumentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

● Ensure adherence to Company HR policies, processes, and applicable statutory requirements, while providing timely support to employees and business stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

● Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

● 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Human Resources, with hands-on experience in onboarding, employee documentation, employee lifecycle management, and HR coordination.

● Exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition will be an added advantage.

● Experience working with HRMS, MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office applications.
