Role & responsibilities

Retired Defense or Para Military Forces Officer of the rank of Colonel or Equivalent or Civilian having min 10 years of experience in Training Basic for Security Company school. He will be like a Principal to organize basic training and on the job training of security personnel. He should be creative and have hard core experience in training of the security personnel. Age not more than 58 years.

Preferred candidate profile

Retired Defense or Para Military Forces Officer of the rank of Colonel or Equivalent.

Candidate should have requisite qualification to impart basic training to security personnel as per PSARA. He should be qualified to impart training on First Aid, Emergency like Fire, Earthquake, Terrorist, Bomb threats etc.

He should also be capable of handling the administrative duties of the Training School.

Candidate with experience of minimum 10 years as Principal/ Head of Training School of Security company will be preferred
