About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll and Finance Coordinator to join our team onsite at our Worli Mumbai office. This role is integral to our financial operations, primarily supporting US-based processes during the night shift hours from 7 pm to 4 am, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing weekly payroll calculations,



reconciling timesheets, and ensuring accurate data entry in our QuickBooks system. Additionally, the role involves invoicing, collections, client communications, and dispute resolution, all of which require a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications
