We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can seamlessly balance recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and operations while supporting a fast-growing, technology-driven organization.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution
- Assist in policy development and implementation
Key requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
- Preferably proficient in Kannada communication
