Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings.
Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
Prepare and share proposals,
quotations, and presentations.
Maintain and update the lead database and CRM records.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
