Role Description
- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries
- Make follow-up calls and convert leads into appointments
- Manage customer data and CRM updates
- Follow up with existing customers for services and repeat visits
- Coordinate appointments with the detailing team
- Maintain regular communication with customers
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions

What are we looking for?
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, CRM,



customer relationship management, or sales
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Target-oriented and good at follow-ups
- Experience in the automotive/car detailing industry is a plus

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Performance-based increments & incentives for the right candidate.
