Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote the college, attract prospective students, strengthen the institution’s brand, and increase student enrolment. The role involves digital marketing, social media management, content creation, lead generation, student recruitment, engagement, and coordination of promotional activities. Primarily responsible for promoting the college, generating prospective student enquiries, counselling students, managing admission leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed enrolments.

The position combines digital marketing, lead generation, student counselling, admission follow-up, relationship management, and promotional activities to achieve the college's student recruitment and enrolment objectives.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve student recruitment and enrolment targets.
- Manage the college’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Generate, monitor, and follow up on student enquiries and marketing leads in coordination with the admissions team.
- Conduct market research to understand student preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends in higher education.
- Coordinate college events, seminars, education fairs, open days, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, education partners, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
