Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Sourcing Manager to handle end-to-end procurement and vendor management for our growing D2C brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source gemstones, crystals, Rudraksha, malas, jewellery & spiritual products.
- Develop and manage vendor/supplier networks across India.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate gemstone quality, authenticity, treatment, origin and certification.
- Manage purchase orders, inventory requirements and landed costs.
- Identify alternate suppliers and new products/SKUs.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales & Marketing for procurement requirements.
- Drive cost savings,
quality improvement and timely procurement.
Must Have:
- 4–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement/Sourcing.
- Relevant experience in Gemstones/Jewellery/Crystals/Rudraksha/Spiritual Products.
- Strong existing vendor network across India.
- Positive knowledge of gemstone quality, authenticity and market pricing.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to independently identify and onboard suppliers.
Preferred:
Experience with gemstone certification/labs, diamonds, high-value gemstones, D2C/E-commerce or international sourcing.
