Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Marketing to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives for Jindal Projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing 360-degree marketing activities across digital, traditional, branding, events, PR, content, and sales-support initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong execution capabilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives aligned with the overall brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. 360 Marketing & Campaign Management
- Support the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate campaigns across Digital, Social Media, Print, Outdoor, Radio, Events, PR, Influencer Marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute campaign plans as per the marketing calendar and business requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution of campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for the execution of Google, Meta, YouTube and other digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, reach, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
- Support optimization of digital campaigns based on performance data.
- Coordinate website, landing page, social media and digital content requirements.
- Track digital trends, emerging platforms, and current marketing opportunities relevant to the real estate sector.

3. Marketing Collaterals & Content
- Coordinate development of marketing collaterals including:
- Brochures
- Project present
