Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Design scalable APIs and integrate them with responsive front-end interfaces.
- Lead architecture and design decisions for new features and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.

Preferred Attributes
- Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery).
- Familiarity with container orchestration and cloud-native development.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
- Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, network and socket programming ,System design and microservices.
- Knowledge on AI/ML architecture and interfacing methodologies
