We are authorized channel partners for marketing of Stakon, Vanjax & MT&T; products which includes Material Hand Equipment, Overhead Maintenance Equipment and all types of Scaffolding for overhead work. Our team has 20+ years of experience in the relevant industry.

Role Description
The Marketing Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for material handling and hydraulic products, as well as partner brands such as Stakon, Vanjax, and MT&T.; Day-to-day activities include engaging with industrial clients, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing pre- and post-sales support. The role also involves coordinating with the engineering and operations teams to understand product specifications, gather feedback from the field, and support new product introductions. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring regular visits to customer locations, project sites,



and local industrial areas.

1. Mechanical/Electrical Graduate/Diploma Engineer

2. Requisite experience: 1-5 years

3. Quickly learn and acquire industry and product knowledge

4. Work closely with the existing Marketing team for better results

5. Maintaining and build long term relationships with current customers

6. Consciously keep adding new customers

7. Generate leads through cold calls and networking

8. Discover and explore new business opportunities

9. Formulate a growth strategy / business development strategy

10. Consider use of appropriate technology to promote brand and products

11. Preparing budgets/projections and monitor sales & collection progress

12. Provide trust-worthy feedback

13. Clear and decisive communication

14. Attending/participating in business meetings, industry exhibitions

15. Participating and managing company stall/stands in exhibitions
