SAP PP Consultant Process Manufacturing

Role & Responsibilities
- Work on SAP PP for Process Manufacturing projects and support activities.
- Handle Production Planning processes including SOP, MRP, LTP, and CRP.
- Perform SAP PP configuration and customization based on business requirements.
- Manage master data such as BOM, Recipes, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Routing/Resources.
- Coordinate with business users to analyze manufacturing requirements and provide SAP PP solutions.
- Work on PP integration with MM, QM, SD, and PM modules.
- Support production order processing, capacity planning, batch management, and shop floor execution.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT).

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP.




- Strong experience in SAP PP – Process Manufacturing.
- Valuable understanding of Production Planning (SOP / MRP / LTP / CRP).
- Experience in SAP PP Configuration is mandatory.
- Manufacturing domain experience is mandatory (Process / Chemical / Pharma / FMCG / Food Manufacturing preferred).
- Strong exposure to PP integration with MM, QM, SD, and PM.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP will be an added advantage.
- Should have worked on end-to-end implementation and/or production support projects.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
