Position Summary
- Lead and manage an effective recruitment and selection process for senior, middle‑management, RD&E; and IT function roles.
- Analyse, forecast, and address organizational talent requirements in close coordination with management.
- Provide guidance and support across key HR domains including Performance Management, Rewards, and People Development.
- Conduct compensation analysis, evaluate job roles, and determine appropriate classifications and salary structures.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers and advise on HR practices, programs, and policies.
- Assess HR metrics and trends to support informed decision‑making.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations matters and grievances.
- Collaborate with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, enhance morale, and improve productivity and retention.
- Offer policy guidance and ensure consistent HR process adherence.
- Oversee workforce planning and succession management, including regular reporting.
- Identify training needs at both individual and team levels; evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Recommend new HR initiatives and enhancements to existing programs.
- Ensure timely completion and monitoring of performance management processes.

Education and Experience
- Master in HR specialization.
- Around 15 years of HRBP experience in R&D; and IT
