About the Role

Meluha International School is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen the school's presence within local communities and develop strategic partnerships that contribute to admissions growth.

This role goes beyond promotional activities and brochure distribution. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying high-potential outreach opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, securing permissions for school visibility initiatives, coordinating community engagement programmes, and generating qualified admissions leads through ethical and relationship-based marketing.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to independently manage field operations while representing the school's brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities





1. Community Outreach & Gated Community Engagement
- Identify, map, and prioritise high-potential gated communities, apartment complexes, and residential societies across Hyderabad.
- Build professional relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), apartment association members, facility managers, committee members, and resident influencers.
- Secure approvals for:
- School standees and branding materials
- Notice board displays
- Parent awareness sessions
- Educational workshops
- Community engagement activities
- Admissions outreach events
- Coordinate and execute community events, parenting seminars, educational workshops, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Ensure all outreach activities align with the school's brand standards and marketing objectives.

2. Local Partnership Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with:
- Tuition Centres
- Coaching Institutes
