About the role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled ITI graduate to join our production team involved in manufacturing and assembling advanced flight simulators. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on assembly experience, and the ability to coordinate with vendors while maintaining an organized production environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform mechanical assembly and integration of simulator components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.





● Carry out fitting, drilling, tapping, fastening, alignment, and installation of mechanical assemblies.

● Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly diagrams, and technical instructions.

● Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and follow up on deliveries.

● Manage inventory of tools, consumables, spares, and production materials.

● Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and safe usage of workshop tools and equipment.

● Maintain accurate records of material consumption, stock levels, and procurement requirements.

● Implement and maintain 7S workplace standards to ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

● Identify assembly issues and work with the engineering team to resolve them.

● Assist in prototype development, testing, and installation activities when required.

● Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company processe
