- Imaging Procedures: Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, including 3D digital breast tomosynthesis.
- Patient Care: Educate patients, explain procedures, and provide a welcoming environment to ease anxiety.
- Interventional Assistance: Assist radiologists with needle localizations, stereotactic breast biopsies, and ductograms.
- Technical Expertise: Position patients precisely, select appropriate compression paddles, and adjust for breast density and body habitus.
- Quality Control: Ensure image quality, maintain equipment, and follow safety/radiation regulations
