Job Title: Senior Field Service Consultant (Freelance)

Job overview:

We are building a next-generation ERP platform and are looking for an experienced Senior Field Service Consultant to advise our Product and Engineering teams on Field Service Management processes, architecture, and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Advise on Field Service Management architecture and best practices.
- Design field service processes, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
- Define functional requirements and data models for the ERP platform.
- Review solution designs and recommend industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Field Service Management or related enterprise Field Service solutions.




- Strong preference for SAP experience; Oracle or Salesforce Field Service experience will also be considered.
- Strong expertise in field service processes, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
- Experience with solution architecture, functional requirements, and ERP integrations.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, or ERP development teams.
- Excellent English communication skills.
