Your Role
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale PTC Windchill PLM solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, program managers, and enterprise architects to define PLM transformation roadmaps.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and sustainable Windchill solution architectures.
- Design and implement solutions across Product Data Management (PDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Change Management, Document Management, Classification, and Product Structure Management.




- Define application architecture, system integrations, data models, security frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Architect integrations between Windchill and enterprise systems including SAP, ERP, MES, ALM, CRM, and engineering applications.
- Lead fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical governance activities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, scalability requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Guide implementation teams through configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and support phases.

Your Profile
- Minimum 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchill PLM.
- Strong expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale Windchill implementation and transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of Windchill Data Model, WTPart, EPMDocument, Product Structure
