Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Solid experience in BRD, FRD, and SRD documentation.
- Proficiency in Data Flow Diagram (DFD) creation and analysis
- Experience with User Stories and understanding of User Journey / User Storage.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or Lucidchart is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
