Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Business Growth
- Own the overall marketplace revenue and targets across all assigned platforms.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual marketplace growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase GMV, orders, AOV, conversion rate and repeat purchases.
- Drive marketplace growth through assortment, pricing, visibility, promotions and advertising.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and evaluate their business potential.
- Build platform-specific growth strategies based on customer behaviour and marketplace dynamics.

2. Catalogue & Assortment Management
- Own marketplace assortment planning in coordination with the merchandising and inventory teams.
- Identify hero SKUs, high-potential products, slow movers and ageing inventory.
- Ensure the right products are available on the right platforms at the right time.
- Develop platform-specific assortment strategies based on customer demographics and demand.




- Ensure recent launches are listed and activated on marketplaces within defined timelines.
- Improve product discoverability through accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords and imagery.

3. Marketplace Visibility & Growth
- Develop strategies to improve search ranking, product visibility and organic discovery.
- Plan marketplace promotions, deals, coupons, events and sale participation.
- Own marketplace advertising strategy in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Optimise ad spends based on ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
- Identify opportunities for sponsored listings, brand stores, platform campaigns and other visibility initiatives.
- Track competitor pricing, assortment, promotions and visibility.

4. Sales & Demand Planning
- Prepare monthly and weekly sales forecasts for each marketplace.
- Work closely with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
