Role Description
The HSE Trainer for Process Safety and Training will design and deliver health, safety, and environment training programs tailored to industrial operations in the Kutch district and surrounding areas. This contract role involves preparing training materials,



conducting classroom and on-site sessions, evaluating participant understanding, and updating training content to reflect current regulations, standards, and best practices. The trainer will support process safety initiatives by conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks, and by reinforcing safe work practices among employees and contractors. The role is hybrid, with regular presence required at client sites in the Kutch district and some work from home acceptable for planning, documentation, and virtual training sessions. The trainer will collaborate with client management and HSE teams to align training with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
