We are looking for a senior HVAC and thermal management expert with solid experience in data center and high-density computing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end HVAC and cooling systems.
- Design chilled water and chiller systems.
- Design liquid cooling solutions for high-density computing.
- Design Direct-to-Chip and immersion cooling systems.
- Develop cooling solutions for AI/HPC data centers.
- Design liquid-to-air and liquid-to-liquid CDU systems.
- Work with CRAH, CRAC, AHU and cooling tower systems.
- Design leak detection and cooling resilience solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE and Tier III/IV requirements.
- Support customer discussions, proposals and technical consulting.
