Role and Responsibility :

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending.
- Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and campaigns.
- Provide market, competitor and customer insights.
- Identify new market and growth opportunities.

2. Brand & Integrated Marketing
- Strengthen brand positioning across customer touchpoints.
- Lead ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events and Channel Marketing.
- Conduct customer research and market intelligence.
- Adapt global campaigns for the Indian market.
- Develop marketing collateral, case studies, videos, presentations and success stories.

3. Digital Marketing

Own the digital marketing strategy covering:
- Website
- SEO & SEM
- Google Ads
- Meta/social media
- Email marketing
- Marketing automation
- ORM & chatbots
- Website content and customer journeys





Use analytics and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and lead generation.

4. Lead Generation & Marketing Analytics
- Build online and offline lead-generation programs.
- Manage the complete marketing funnel from lead qualification nurturing conversion.
- Work with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Create KPI dashboards and ROI reports.
- Track campaign and customer acquisition performance.

5. Sales & Channel Marketing
- Develop sales presentations, product literature and commercial marketing materials.
- Drive Salesforce CRM adoption and usage.
- Conduct CRM training and improve data quality.
- Support channel partners through:
- Co-marketing
- Dealer branding
- Promotions
- Merchandising
- POS materials
- Manage organisation Experience Centres and customer experience.

6. Agency & Stakeholder Management

Manage external partners including:
- Creative agencies
- Digital ag
