We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological assessment, counselling, and therapeutic support to clients across a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns.

The candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional, empathetic approach toward clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Provide individual and, where appropriate, family or couples counselling.
- Develop personalised treatment and therapy plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and documentation.
- Monitor client progress and modify therapeutic approaches when required.
- Use appropriate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Build a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals when required.
- Follow professional, ethical,



and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- A compassionate, patient, and ethical approach to clinical practice.
