Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the company's day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, financial reporting, and overall accounts operations. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of accounting and be capable of coordinating with Management, CA, auditors, customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise complete day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Verify vendor invoices and manage vendor payment schedules.
- Handle bank transactions and prepare regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Monitor company cash flow and fund requirements.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
- Handle GST-related work including reconciliation, return-related data, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.




- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return-related data.
- Ensure timely compliance with Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants for taxation, statutory filings, and audits.
- Handle customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Verify sales invoices, purchase entries, expenses, journal entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain proper accounting records in Tally/ERP software.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Sales, HR, and Production departments for accounts-related requirements.
- Monitor inventory accounting and coordinate for stock reconciliation and valuation.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, outstanding reports, expense reports, and other reports required by Management.
