Role Description




The Assistant Manager role at Steel Strips Wheels Limited is a full time, in office position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves overseeing daily operations within the assigned department, monitoring production or process performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery, quality, and safety targets. The Assistant Manager will support planning and scheduling, track key performance indicators, and implement process improvements aligned with company standards. Responsibilities include preparing reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and facilitating effective communication between shop floor teams and management. The role also requires mentoring team members, resolving operational issues promptly, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
