1. Job Purpose

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for Frill Hospitality's B2B business as well as its upcoming retail cosmetics brand, Isvara Naturals.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, packaging, digital marketing, social media creatives, product presentations and print media, with the ability to convert business requirements into attractive and commercially effective designs.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Branding & Creative Design
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs in line with company/brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all communication.
- Design brochures, catalogues, company profiles, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Create designs for exhibitions, trade shows, hotel presentations and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for new products, campaigns and launches.

B. Product & Packaging Design
- Design and modify product labels, cartons, boxes, pouches,



bottles and other packaging materials.
- Prepare artwork for printing and coordinate with printers/vendors where required.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, colours, text, barcodes, regulatory information and other packaging details.
- Create product mock-ups and presentation visuals.
- Work closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams for recent product launches.

C. Digital & Social Media
- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Design website banners, landing-page graphics, e-commerce creatives and promotional banners.
- Create Amazon/Flipkart/D2C marketplace product images and A+ content, wherever required.
- Design advertisements for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create visual content for product launches, offers, festivals and brand campaigns.

D. Sales & Marketing Support
- Design sales presentations and product proposals for the sales team.
