Job Summary

We are looking for a F&B; Associate to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and hands-on experience in F&B; service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for efficient operations.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, service standards, and restaurant hygiene.
- Assist in managing inventory, stock, and wastage.
- Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives.
- Follow company SOPs, service standards, and safety guidelines.




- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the F&B; team.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B; / Restaurant / Hospitality operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of F&B; service standards.
- Candidates with experience in reputed restaurants, bars, or hotels will be preferred.
