- Lead and develop the on-site facilities management team including supervisors, coordinators, and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary liaison between JLL and the client, conducting regular meetings to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service enhancement
- Manage day-to-day soft services operations including cleaning, landscaping, and pest control, ensuring all services meet JLL quality standards and client specifications
- Oversee systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general maintenance to ensure optimal facility performance
- Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring for all service providers, establishing solid relationships while ensuring cost-effective delivery
- Develop and monitor site budgets, analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations,

- Coordinate space planning, moves, adds, and changes to support evolving client needs and workplace strategies
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance, cost management, maintenance activities, and strategic initiatives for client review and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of progressive facilities management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or multi-site operations (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building systems, soft services operations, and industry best practices for commercial facilities
