About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Account Director
to lead key client accounts across the Technology, Energy, and Real Estate sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in strategic communications, client servicing, media relations, and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing large and complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and media.
- Drive media relations, thought leadership, corporate communications, and reputation management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for proactive storytelling, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Lead account strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects.
- Mentor and manage account teams,
ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Support new business pitches, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
- Oversee account profitability, budgets, and overall delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 9–12 years of experience in
Public Relations/Strategic Communications
, preferably with a reputed PR/communications agency.
- Strong experience handling clients across
Technology, Energy and/or Real Estate
.
- Excellent understanding of the media landscape and corporate communications.
- Robust client servicing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities.
