Are you an experienced Data Modeller with robust expertise in P&C; Insurance and the Lloyds Market? Heres an opportunity to work on enterprise-level insurance data initiatives, designing robust data models across Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Finance, and Reporting. You will play a key role in building scalable data structures, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for insurance business requirements.
2. Develop enterprise insurance canonical data models across key insurance functions.
3. Collaborate closely with business SMEs to understand requirements and translate them into effective data structures.
4.



Create dimensional models and conformed dimensions to support reporting and analytics.
5. Define data relationships and mappings while supporting data governance and business glossary initiatives.

Requirements

1. 812 years of relevant experience with strong expertise in Data Modelling and P&C; Insurance.
2. Strong understanding of the Lloyd’s Market and insurance processes including Policy, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting.
3. Strong expertise in ER Modelling, SQL, and Data Warehousing.
4. Strong understanding of enterprise data structures, relationships, mappings, and dimensional modelling.
5. Exposure to Reinsurance, Bordereaux, MGA, Broker, or Insurance Accounting will be preferred; experience with Snowflake or Databricks is an added advantage.
