We run Hyderabad's premium racing-simulator gaming venues — an 8-pod flagship at Vantage Line Mall (professional force-feedback rigs, PS5 lounge, café) and a current 4-pod venue opening shortly. Both run on RaceControl, our own venue-management platform handling billing, game launch, leaderboards and customer profiles. Catalog of 8 titles including Assetto Corsa, F1 25, iRacing and Forza.
The Role
One manager, two venues, two separate P&Ls.; You run daily operations across both sites on a fixed weekly circuit — four days at the flagship, two at the second venue — and answer directly to the Founder. This is an owner-operator's right hand: revenue, people, customer experience and cash integrity are yours.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue, cost and customer experience at both venues, with separate monthly targets for each
- Daily cash + UPI reconciliation against the RaceControl ledger; daily banking; end-of-day report per venue by 23:59
- Lead a 12-member floor team — shift/site leads, race marshals, café, housekeeping: rosters, attendance,
training standards, monthly awards
- Resolve escalated customers same-day; protect a 4.5+ Google rating
- Café stock and vendor management at the flagship; mall/landlord coordination at both sites Provision staff access (badge + PIN) via the admin console; enforce billing and safety discipline on the floor
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years running a store, restaurant, gaming zone or entertainment center with P&L; or cash responsibility; multi-unit exposure a strong plus
- Daily reconciliation discipline — our platform shows every rupee; you explain every rupee Comfortable managing young teams through evening and weekend peaks (Sat–Sun are working days; Monday is your off)
- Own transport preferred — both venues are within Hyderabad
- Graduate in any discipline; interest in motorsport or gaming helps, obsession with operations matters more
