SCARLETT DESIGNS & JEWELLERY is looking for an experienced and disciplined Security Supervisor to manage and supervise the security operations of our jewellery manufacturing facility.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in a jewellery manufacturing, manufacturing, factory, industrial, corporate or high-value asset environment.
- Strong commanding and leadership skills with the ability to control and manage a security team.
- Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, frisking, CCTV monitoring and incident management.
- Strong observation skills and alertness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and critical situations calmly and effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.




- Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours when required.
- Physically fit, disciplined and responsible.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Candidates with experience in jewellery factories, gold manufacturing units, industrial security, armed forces, police, defence, or other high-security environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
