Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, website banners, presentations, and event promotions.
- Brand Identity Management: Ensure brand consistency across all designs and materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop creative assets for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- UI/UX Support: Assist in designing digital content and website graphics to improve user engagement.
- Video Motion Graphics (Preferred): Create short animations, GIFs, and promotional videos for digital platforms.
- Collaboration Ideation: Work closely with the marketing, content, and academic teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Skills Qualifications




- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
- Robust understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to develop engaging and visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic, freelance, or professional work).
