Must-Have :

Minimum 5 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners

1. Strong Understanding of TCP/IP stack, IPV4/IPV6 subnetting & addressing.

2. Deep Knowledge of VLANs, Trunking, STP, RSTP, Inter-VLAN routing.

3. Hands on experience with routing protocols OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and static.

4. Strong Knowledge on router redistribution & policy control.

5. In depth knowledge of Layer 2 vs Later 3 switching, Port security, storm control.

6. Experience with vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE.

7. Strong Working knowledge of SD-WAN architecture & overlays, Control and Data plane separation.

8. Experience with platforms such as Cisco SDWAN, Velocloud or Fortinet.

9. Deep understanding of ZTP, AAR, Policy based traffic shaping, IPSec Tunnels & encryption

10. Hands on experience with Wireless LAN controllers and Access Point Deployment.

11. Troubleshooting experience for WiFi coverage issues, roaming,



performance bottlenecks.

12. Should be dealing with fault-ticket (Service-Now), in co-ordination with Customer, application team or device vendor to resolve issues.

13. In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes.

14. Candidate should have been in a customer facing role with excellent communication skills.

15. Robust technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies
