-:Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management / Business Administration or a relevant discipline (HR, Marketing ) from a recognized university.
- Candidates with UGC-NET/Ph.D. will be preferred.
- Strong academic background with valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching experience in a higher education institution will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have a passion for teaching, mentoring students, and academic development.

-: Key Responsibilities




- Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and professional development.
- Participate in research, publications, seminars, conferences, and other academic activities.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives and university events.
- Maintain academic records and perform other responsibilities assigned by the department.
