Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through property sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Generate new leads through various sources such as references, digital marketing, channel partners, property portals, and networking.
- Handle enquiries from prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate property site visits with clients.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant information to customers.
- Negotiate with clients and close property sales effectively.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up with leads.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Track individual team performance and take corrective action where required.
- Train and guide sales executives on lead handling, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and other departments for smooth execution of sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and collections.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Achieve assigned booking and revenue targets within the given timelines.
