Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Butler to manage the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to household management. This role requires a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the principals, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the household.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily household operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
- Manage and supervise other household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and drivers, ensuring their duties are performed to the required standards.
- Coordinate and manage household schedules, including appointments, travel arrangements, and social engagements for the principals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all household-related matters, liaising with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Plan, organize, and execute private events,



dinner parties, and gatherings, including menu planning, guest services, and decor.
- Manage household inventories, including groceries, wines, spirits, and other supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- Handle household finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and petty cash management, with meticulous record-keeping.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times, implementing and monitoring security protocols.
- Provide personal assistance to the principals, including running errands, managing correspondence, and handling specific requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, coordinating repairs and ensuring all systems are in excellent working order.
- Maintain a high level of personal presentation and adhere to strict etiquette and protocol standards.
