About the Role
Responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of domestic and international Flight bookings, vendor coordination and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle travel bookings including flights, hotels and transfers
- Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Galileo for flight search, fare availability, booking, ticketing, and related travel services.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Manage escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, tickets, and travel documents.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in travel operations, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
