Key Responsibilities
- Partner with plant and global leadership to align HR strategy with business and operational priorities.
- Lead workforce planning, organisation design, and HR setup for plant ramp-up, expansion, and growth.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and integration of critical leadership and technical talent.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and workforce concerns.
- Support blue-collar workforce management, contract labour, and labour law compliance.
- Drive change management, retention, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR Operations, TA, Total Rewards, and global HR teams.
- Use HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data to support business decisions.
- Drive HR process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

What Were Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience,



with solid HRBP experience in manufacturing/plant environments.
- Plant/manufacturing HR experience is mandatory, preferably with greenfield setup, plant start-up, ramp-up, or expansion experience.
- Experience managing blue-collar workforce, contract labour, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
- MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
- Experience in matrixed/global organisations and fast-paced growth environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR analytics/Power BI, and HR metrics.
- IC role requiring strong ownership, independence, and hands-on execution.
- Telugu-speaking candidates preferred / added advantage.
